Symptoms of Constipation:

• No bowel movement for 3 to 4 days.

• Swelling in the abdomen.

• Passing of small hard stools.

• Difficulty, strain and pain during passage of stools.

• Bowel movements are infrequent.

• Even after a bowel movement there is a continued sensation of fullness.
